Our most popular service includes full hardware and software diagnostic evaluation, system repair and optimization. Then we check your computer and (if applicable) router or Airport to ensure maximum security is in place.
Typical time required: 2 to 3 hours.
Computer Tune-up

We can bring your computer's operations back to near-new condition, without doing a complete, clean re-install of the operating system. This service includes full hardware and software diagnostic evaluation, system repair and optimization.
Typical time required: 1 to 2 hours.
Security Analysis

Even though Mac OS X is far more secure than Windows, you still need to make sure the settings are correct. This service will check your computer and your router or Airport.

Disaster/Data Recovery

Even Macs can have a sudden catastrophic hardware failure. We may be able to recover some, most or even all of your essential or irreplaceable data from that computer.

Operating System Re-Installation

Multiple Computers?
If you have more than one computer that needs the same service at the same time, deduct 25% from the price. This deduction does not include our "Education and Training" and Consultation pricing.
